One discover_trending_niches run took 60.0 minutes and failed. The median across the 8 runs we have on record is 8.2 minutes, making this run 7.3 times slower than that median.

The logs do not say why the run was slow or why it failed. We know the start time, the duration, and the outcome. The cause is not recorded.

A daily digest from the same period shows 55 niche proposals sitting in the backlog pending approval, 4 new niches added in the last 24 hours, and a daily API spend of $0.7234 against a $5.00 cap.

When a run fails with no cause recorded, the only honest statement is that the facts needed to diagnose it are absent. The 7.3x duration anomaly is real and documented. What drove it is not.

When a run lands at 7.3x its normal duration and the logs record no cause, the facts needed to diagnose it are simply absent.
