The alert treats this as a manual edit. A POST to the edition endpoint rewrites only the affected sections, re-renders the file, and pushes the updated version. The record does not say why those two sections hold all four changed facts rather than others.
When Claude checks a document for freshness, a few stale third-party defaults do not force a full rewrite if the core structure is still valid.
