Most bedtime stories start the same way.

A parent sitting next to a child.
Lights dimmed.
A quiet voice telling a story.

For me, it started exactly there.

I began telling stories to my son at bedtime. Small stories. Silly stories. Sometimes magical ones.

And something happened.

He asked for more.

So I kept going.

At some point, I began writing the stories down.

Not because I had a plan.
Not because I wanted to build a product.

But because I didn’t want to forget them.

That is how BestBedtimeStory started.

Not as a startup.
Not as a business idea.

Just stories.

The moment it became more than just stories

At some point, I realized other parents might need this too.

Not perfect stories.
Not long stories.

Just something gentle to end the day with.

So I started publishing them online.

One story at a time.

No big launch.
No strategy.

Just consistency.

Building quietly

BestBedtimeStory is a quiet project by design.

No notifications.
No pressure.
No urgency.

Just stories.

And I’m continuing to build it — one story at a time.

Super cool project! 😆 Kids will definitely love these stories. I also like the realistic 3D animated images.

Thanks so much! Really appreciate that! 😊
I’m happy you like the 3D style, that was important to make the stories feel more immersive for kids.

Always open to feedback or story ideas!

Thanks for reading 🙌
This is the first time I’m writing about the story behind this project.

Curious - what made you start your own side project?
