Started today’s work on Vizora with a long desktop session ☕💻
Most of today’s focus has been on foundations, not flashy features.
What I worked on this morning
Refining the motion system (page transitions, staggered animations)
Cleaning up layout structure for desktop screens
Improving how different sections feel when navigating (less jank, more intent)
Iterating on internal components used across:
Ask Schema
Onboarding Guide
Schema Review
A lot of this work is invisible when done right — but very obvious when done wrong.
What I’m learning while building Vizora
Developer tools need calm motion, not fancy motion
Desktop UX matters more than mobile for backend-focused products
Small animation decisions affect trust more than people think
Vizora is intentionally growing slow and deliberate:
Schema-first
Evidence-based AI
No live DB access
No generic dashboards
Still building in public, one layer at a time.

If you’re building dev tools, I’d love to hear what you prioritize first: features or foundations?
