Maestro Pilot is a web-based platform that converts BIM/CAD models, engineering inputs, and site feedback into:

Interactive 3D assembly manuals
Real-time completion tracking for clients We digest massive BIM models, use AI to generate logical assembly sequences, and visualize everything in a custom 3D engine. We’re building the operating system for next-generation construction.

💻 Your Mission
You’ll build the application backbone of a high-performance Single-Page Application (SPA) that connects massive geometric datasets (1M+ objects) directly to the user’s fingertips.

You’ll work on:

Advanced UI architecture (React, SSR/RSC, hydration, rendering strategies)
Complex data visualization (datagrids, flowcharts, 3D overlays)
State management at scale (Redux, Zustand, XState)
Algorithms & data structures (graphs, trees, BIM traversal)
Performance-first engineering (benchmarking, custom lightweight solutions)

🤝 How you’ll collaborate

With the Graphics Lead to sync React UI with a custom Three.js engine
With the AI Engineer to visualize AI agents, streaming outputs, and interactive chat interfaces

From optimizing recursive SQL queries in the morning, to refactoring heavy UI components in the afternoon, your work directly impacts live construction sites.
