Barring some minor design and CSS issues, this is seriously something that I would use. The main issues are completely design issues that can be fixed easily. That being capitalization, and mobile being a tad bit shaky. The logo is also cut off a little bit, but for a proof of concept you knocked it out of the park.
I tried to create an account but it failed (there were errors in the console and I could see my password displayed) and now the site is not responding (404 error)...
