If you have some money, Refactoring UI is a great book on making clean designs for developers.
Otherwise, I like visiting Dribbble and Muzli for inspiration

Behance - here you can find the complete projects uploaded by designers along with what kind of fonts,colors used and their process(mostly).
Color Hunt - For color palettes.
Collectui - It has a good collection of templates for inspiration.
Flux - A freelancer designer with good insights on designing. His videos are informative.
Figma- It is a great online prototyping/designing tool that you can use for free to begin with.
