Tech Leads in India || Annoying

So I currently work in a company with 3 years of experience, and by the grace of god, I was smart in coding and programming, hence I never took much help from seniors, especially from people in tech lead's position. But I always feel that these seniors poke a lot, especially juniors who are genuinely trying to do well. I also become frustrated and angry many times from such incidents. Please help and tell me about your experiences and how did you handle them.??
