We're a Lean team with well-known WHS founder, building an AI-powered Work Health and Safety (WHS) SaaS platform in Australia, and we're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer on a contract basis.

Here's what makes this role genuinely different: Claude Code is a core member of our development team. Not a novelty, not a productivity experiment. A daily pair programmer you'll collaborate with on real production features. Grabe ang setup, seriously. The Product

SiteSherpa is a multi-tenant SaaS platform helping Australian businesses manage WHS compliance and ISO certification workflows. The platform is production-ready across its full feature set, so you're not starting from scratch. You're building on solid foundations and shipping meaningful new capability.

What You'll Be Working On

Designing and maintaining backend APIs for multi-tenant WHS and ISO compliance workflows
Owning database architecture and Prisma schema evolution, including migrations and performance tuning
Building React 19 UI components and full user workflows from API through to interface delivery
Integrating and extending AI-driven analysis pipelines powered by the Anthropic API
Document processing infrastructure: S3, ClamAV, presigned URLs
BullMQ + Redis background job processing
Third-party integrations: Stripe, SendGrid, AWS Lambda, ABR web services
Pairing with Claude Code on daily development tasks

What We're Looking For

Required:

Strong Node.js (v20+) with Express or similar
Solid PostgreSQL: query optimisation, indexing, schema design
Hands-on Prisma ORM with production migrations
React v18+/v19: hooks, state management, component design
Vite + Tailwind CSS utility-first styling
Comfort working with AI-assisted development tools, particularly Claude Code
Multi-tenant SaaS architecture and RBAC experience
Kaya mong magtrabaho nang mag-isa — high autonomy, minimal hand-holding

Highly regarded:

BullMQ, Redis, or similar job queue systems
Document processing pipelines (upload, virus scanning, versioning)
Stripe integrations including webhooks and GST handling
Pino structured logging or Sentry
Docker + Render or comparable deployment experience
Familiarity with Australian WHS or ISO compliance domains

The Honest Pitch

The team is small: PM-Dev, FS Dev, Snr. BE Dev and Claude Code. You'll have genuine influence over architectural decisions and the pace to ship meaningful work quickly. The problems are genuinely interesting. The codebase won't embarrass you.
