So, I rewrote the generator. It doesn't stack duplicate effects because it doesn't to so in game either (lazy I know), but it makes the players feel like they are getting more for less ("I GOT 2 DAMAGE BONUSES INSTEAD OF ONE."). Randomly generated parts and effects based on equipment type. New rarities, better item alchemy.
Also some rarities have a CSS animation to make them pulse. Neat little touch I think.
