Hi guys!
I'm new here. So, I've been into tech industry for a while but since I've other priorities and can't manage 9-5 working hours nor can set up an office since I'm at an early stage. However, I know that remotely it's comparatively easier to make a team functional specially in my case.
Any kind of guidance would be appreciated!

Make sure that everyone is in a similar time zone so that you can collaborate in real-time and it makes meetings easier as well.
