Hello Pokémon 3D Enthusiasts!
We're excited to announce the release of v1.0.1 of the Pokémon-3D API! This release addresses a critical operational issue and brings some exciting updates.
Important Changes & What Happened:
Due to unforeseen technical challenges, we had to completely delete and recreate the Pokémon-3D API repository. This was necessary to ensure the long-term stability and functionality of the API. We sincerely apologize for any downtime or confusion this may have caused.
What's New in v1.0.1:
While this release primarily focuses on restoring the API, we've also included a few exciting additions:
- Repository Recreated: The repository has been rebuilt from scratch.
- Backend Restarted: The backend services are now running smoothly and reliably.
- API Functionality Restored: The API is now fully operational, mirroring the functionality of v1.0.0.
- New Endpoint: The API endpoint has changed! Please update your integrations to use the new endpoint. The old endpoint will no longer function.
- Added few New Pokémon: We've expanded our collection with few new Pokémon models! You can now access these through the updated endpoint.
Support & Love:
We were incredibly grateful for the support and love you showed the previous repository, which garnered 13 stars. We hope you'll continue to support this new iteration of the Pokémon-3D API with the same enthusiasm!
Key Points:
- Please update your API integrations to use the new endpoint.
- The old endpoint is no longer active.
- We have added few new pokemon models.
- This release ensures the API's stability and future development.
Where to Find More Information:
For details on the API's features and structure, please refer to the v1.0.0 Changelog.
What's Next?
We're committed to continuously improving the Pokémon-3D API. Expect new features, models, and enhancements in future releases. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Thank you for your continued support!

This is awesome news! 🎉
Massive respect to the devs for not only tackling the repo recreation with transparency, but also keeping the API functionality intact while adding new Pokémon models. That’s no easy feat, especially when dealing with 3D assets and backend restoration.
A few thoughts:
✅ The new endpoint and repository restart make sense—sometimes stability in the long run requires a hard reset. Glad to see it was handled cleanly.
💡 For anyone working on fan projects or game UIs using Three.js or similar frameworks, this is a great time to plug the new Pokémon-3D API into your experiments or sites.
🧪 We’re using a similar Pokémon integration over at Pokemon Infinite Fusion to explore fusion concepts and mechanics—would love to see how people combine this new 3D API with fusion or AR/VR concepts!
Suggestion: Maybe a sample playground or live demo showcasing the new Pokémon models via the updated API would help the community quickly test and integrate?
Looking forward to future updates and new Pokémon drops—keep up the amazing work! 👏
