What I built
TheLastCodeBender is an open-source developer legacy project. Two ideas drive it:
Permanent ranks. Seven disciplines — Frontend, Backend, FullStack, Security, AI, DevOps, QA. One developer per rank, forever. Rank 1 goes to whoever claims it first, and claimed ranks never reopen. Tiers run Apprentice (1–50) → Journeyman → Senior → Master (151+).
GitHub → Claude Code skill. This is the part I'm proudest of. Sign in with GitHub, and an Edge Function analyzes your public repositories, languages, and contribution patterns to generate a SKILL.md — a structured prompt capturing how you write code. After AI review approves it, anyone in the world can install it:
curl -fsSL "https://the-last-code-bender-api.onrender.com/api/skills/YourHandle" \
--create-dirs -o ~/.claude/skills/YourHandle/SKILL.md
Then /YourHandle in Claude Code — and Claude writes in your style.
The stack
React 18 + TypeScript 5 + Vite 5, Tailwind CSS 3 + shadcn/ui, React Router 6, TanStack Query 5, Supabase for auth and Edge Functions, Vitest + Testing Library. 146 commits and counting.

Clone. Contribute. Claim your rank. PRs welcome — and I'd love to hear whether the rank mechanic clicks for you or feels like a gimmick.
