I built a free chart maker that runs entirely in the browser (CSV sankey, sunburst, hand-drawn)

I'm a solo indie developer, and BeCharts is my third product after UCharts and Uwarp.

The problem: every time I needed a quick chart for a post, a report or a slide, I had two options. Fight with spreadsheet styling, or write plotting code. I wanted something in between.

What BeCharts does

  • Import CSV/Excel or edit data in a table; the chart updates live
  • 100+ templates, 20+ chart types (bar, line, pie, scatter, radar, sankey, sunburst, treemap, heatmap, funnel)
  • Live data sources: World Bank, EIA, stock prices, weather
  • AI-assisted dataset generation from a one-line prompt
  • Hand-drawn style and dark mode
  • Export PNG / SVG / PDF, plus JSON / HTML

No install and no account. The core features are free.

The honest indie numbers

My products earned about $1 for a long time, AdSense took ~7 applications, and they now make about $243/month combined.

What would you want from a browser chart tool that this doesn't do yet?
