I Built My Developer Portfolio to Feel Like an Experience, Not a Resume

I recently finished building and deploying my personal developer portfolio.
I didn’t want another portfolio that was simply
About → Skills → Projects → Contact
I wanted the website itself to represent how I like to build things.
So I experimented with interactive sections, motion, 3D elements, project storytelling, and a visual identity around my interests in software engineering, AI, backend development, and robotics.
What I focused on

  • A strong interactive landing experience
  • A custom 3D hero
  • Smooth motion and transitions
  • An interactive project archive
  • Responsive design across desktop and mobile
  • Performance and graceful fallbacks for 3D/WebGL
  • A dedicated resume and contact experience
  • SEO and production deployment The portfolio is built with Next.js / React, with Three.js-based 3D elements and custom interactions. I’m still learning Java, DSA, Spring Boot, and backend development, and I’m now starting to spend more time contributing to open source as well. There’s still plenty I want to improve. Build → Ship → Learn → Repeat.
