So discord added a way to embed buttons in link previews yesterday, you need a script tag in your site so discord can read and display buttons properly.
I made a quick tool that will act as a relay containing these scripts, so your website displays whichever buttons you choose on discord.
Its called tinycord.com and you can now use it for completely free; some use cases I found it were for making changelogs, announcements, launches and showcasing your work on discord
