Hi @katie
I posted my intro in this welcome thread but it disappeared after submission. Is it waiting for review by backend team? or did I do something wrong?

Gourav K. Narang • Jul 17 '20 • Edited

ok. I just found it after a lot of scrolling. Wondering why the comments are not sorted? :)

Hi, I'm a front end developer working at an agency called Rawnet in Ascot, England. I have 4 years experience and come from a Graphic Design background. I recently signed up to volunteer for a children's code club, so I thought this would be a good platform to write articles for beginners whilst teaching myself to share my knowledge. And to also learn lots of fun front end things for myself!

Katie Nelson • Jul 16 '20

Hey Jess, welcome to DEV!

I am a voice/data/converged network engineer looking to become a (new product) software developer.

Basically, over the past year, I realized that there are a bunch of Telecom/Datacom products/frontends which should’ve been designed, built, and marketed over the past 20 or 30 years, but never were. I think it means a start up, or 2, but would be willing to work on some of them with established companies, if anyone wants to hear my pitch.
