I would like to know which are the right tools for a web server, extensions to recommend? modifications on Windows to do?

WSL2 for a full linux experience on windows 10
VScode + remote extension to edit files on on WSL or Docker
Windows Terminal
winget/choco/scoop for package management

While I hate Windows 10 personally, I do know a basic workflow on this and Mohamed does give some of the better tools. I am not 100% sure these are the top-tier tools but these will do the job well. Though I have to say use Choco and Scoop, WinGet seems to be a little buggy still.
