building for the next era of learning
i'm a solo founder from Uzbekistan, and i'm building HeyBraza. quick post on why.
think about the last time you tried to learn a new app - 3D modeling, video editing, Photoshop, whatever. what did you do? you left! you went to a course, a two-hour video, the docs. you watched someone do it on their screen, came back to yours, and got stuck anyway - because your screen never looks like theirs.
that's the part nobody fixes. the learning happens away from the task. then you carry it back alone, and the gap between "i watched it" and "i can do it" is exactly where people quit.
here's my honest opinion: i don't want to build a better course. a certificate proves you sat through something. it's not the same as being able to do the work. so i'm not matching how online learning works today and doing it slightly better - i'm building a different thing.
the idea is simple once you say it out loud: you shouldn't have to leave the task to learn the task.
that's HeyBraza. it helps you learn apps - 3d modeling, video editing, Photoshop and more - right where you already work. you hit a hotkey, ask your question out loud, and it draws and points on your screen, inside the app, walking you through it step by step. so you learn by doing, not by watching!
it's for people trying to actually use hard software, where the tricky part isn't the concept - it's finding the right control and getting through the real workflow on your own file. if you've ever known exactly what you wanted to make and had no idea which button made it happen, it's for you.
i think the next era of learning isn't a better classroom. it's the help showing up inside the work - you get stuck, you ask, and it walks you through it right there!
