I’m building TopChoiceFor, a review platform focused on helping people compare the best tools, software, and products.
The problem is simple: a lot of “best of” content online is either too generic, outdated, or optimized only for clicks. That makes it harder for users to make confident decisions.
With TopChoiceFor, we’re trying to take a more structured approach.
Here’s what we’re doing differently:
- testing and comparing products in each category
- using structured rankings instead of vague recommendations
- adding scenario-based picks for different user needs
- focusing on clarity, not just affiliate-style lists
We’re still early, but the goal is to build review content that feels more useful, transparent, and decision-friendly.
I’d love feedback from other builders:
What product categories do you think are hardest to compare well online?
