Hi! Sometimes it's not easy to still be productive after your working hours. But you can always start something with small steps. After a while, your mind will get used to it, and it will become a routine in your day. Also, planning, scheduling, and prioritizing are important. I am using task management software to help me be more organized. You can try Wrike or Quire if you like.
