How I Simplified Multi-Model AI Workflows for Anime Generation

After a month of vibecoding, my first overseas AI product, Aniv AI, has finally launched on Product Hunt and TAAFT.
The core feature of the product is an anime production pipeline that enables fast, scalable, end-to-end generation from script to video.
It solves the complexity caused by switching between multiple models during the animation creation process.

Aniv AI integrates ideation, script writing, and animation generation into a seamless workflow, while also providing flexible editing and customization capabilities—so you can focus on storytelling rather than the tools themselves.
I uses a pipeline-style full-stack AI architecture.
In simple terms, it seems to work like this: a large language model generates the script, diffusion-based models create storyboards, characters, and scenes (prompt), Image model to use that prompt to create image, then a video generation module turns those visual assets into animated clips.
So the core idea is: text input → script planning → storyboard/assets → video synthesis → editing/export.
