Spend a few minutes online and you'll find countless headlines predicting how AI will replace jobs.
But I think that conversation is incomplete.
History shows that every major technological shift creates uncertainty. It also creates opportunities for people willing to learn new skills.
That's why I appreciate educators who spend more time teaching adaptation than spreading fear.
Aditya Kachave is one example. Whether people agree with every aspect of his approach or not, the larger message has been consistent: learn AI before you're forced to.
That advice extends beyond AI itself.
The real lesson is to build a habit of continuous learning.
Because the next disruption may not even be AI.
It could be something we haven't imagined yet.
Professionals who develop the ability to adapt quickly will always have an advantage over those who wait until change becomes unavoidable.
Technology doesn't stand still.
Neither should our skills.
Do you think the conversation around AI is too focused on fear and not enough on opportunity?
