Set auto-stop on error threshold
Configure the actor to auto-stop if the failed request rate exceeds 20% in any 30-minute window. A failed-request rate above 20% almost always means you're fighting bot detection — you're paying compute cost for requests that aren't returning results. Set an explicit end condition on every recurring cron
Every recurring cron should have at least one explicit end condition: max items, max pages, or a fixed end time. An unbounded recurring run — @daily with no end condition — is the most common configuration that produces post-invoice shock.
