Mine looks very plain. Basically just the post summary and whatever image I've attached to the post.
My rss feed is automatically generated by Hugo. Haven't looked into ways to change it yet.
Mine is not perfect, but it works.

Actually, very good point, I see you are reading my feed, if I use my main site's sitemap I only get the titles read and it will link through.
