Anyone else feel productive all day but still end up unsure what actually shipped?

Lately I’ve noticed that most of my time isn’t spent coding—it’s spent tracking work.
PRs here, issues there, messages everywhere, and priorities constantly shifting.

The biggest improvement for me wasn’t a new framework or tool, but reducing fragmentation. Keeping tasks, blockers, and next actions visible in one place made decision-making easier and cut down context switching.

Still refining my setup. Curious how others here manage tasks + priorities alongside
