Normally, I drink no more than 1 cup everyday. But in our company, we often have long hours of work. We do not leave the office even after 5 p.m. Sometimes, lets say, if I stay in my office to 9 p.m. or 10 p.m., I will drink two cups more. I ever read some reports that drinking too much coffee is bad to our health. But have no choice, I am too tired to continue work so many hours everyday.

I drink around 3 to 4 cups every day. I have read, we should not have more than 400mg of caffeine content per day. So if your total caffeine intake is less than this, then you are good to go.
My friend Sibi drinks almost 8 to 10 cups of coffee every day π and he is still alive :D
Proof : Sibi drinking coffee at 2 am π

I stopped drinking coffee at work. Mainly because the coffee we have at the office is really... really... really bad, so that helps. I mainly drink water or green / rooibos (herbal) tea.
I love me a good cup 'o coffee, though. So now I just go all out when I'm not at work. I'll find a nice place that serves awesome coffee and just sit and enjoy.
Oh man, this is such a common problem everywhere. I generally have two as well.
Though I mostly have it to fill my stomach. Caffeine stopped keeping me awake long time ago due to overconsumption. It's so addicting.
Used to drink 3-5 large mugs (16oz) a day. Recently started drinking water instead of coffee after lunch and for the rest of the day, has made a huge difference!
I generally drink 1-2 cups a day but try to limit my intake over weekends. I never want to be so addicted that I get headaches if I don't have coffee one day.
5 Cups
one at 6am, usually another at 2pm, but rarely
i drink one or nothing
