Our Engineering Philosophy
We're excited about what large language models can do.
But successful enterprise AI requires much more than connecting an application to an LLM API.
There are practical engineering questions to solve:

- How should we handle sensitive business data?
- How do we validate AI-generated outputs?
- When should a workflow require human approval?
- How do we make AI applications reliable, maintainable, and cost-effective?
These challenges are often less glamorous than building a prototype, but they're essential to making AI useful in production.
Our approach starts with understanding the workflow, not choosing the model.
Sometimes AI is the right answer. Sometimes better architecture, cleaner integrations, or simpler automation delivers more value.
