Automation Without Accountability Is Structurally Unsafe

Automation promises efficiency.
Intelligence promises accuracy.
Scale promises leverage.

But none of these promise safety.

is not how smart it appears,
but who remains accountable when it acts.

If a system makes the decision,
responsibility naturally follows the system.

Why This Cannot Be Solved With Better Models

More capable models intensify the problem.

As outputs become more coherent and convincing,
it becomes easier to overlook the absence of accountability.

Precision masks illegitimacy.
Confidence conceals risk.

No level of intelligence compensates
for undefined responsibility.
