Two numbers surfaced while sourcing facts for two integrations we build for Indian sellers — both straight from the vendors' own pricing pages, not marketing copy.
Shiprocket's free plan is real, but it isn't the cheapest option
Shiprocket lets you sign up and integrate for free — no monthly fee, you pay only per shipment. But Shiprocket's own pricing page publishes average shipment costs across its plans: ₹45 on the free plan versus ₹36 on the ₹799/month plan. Ship enough volume and the ₹763/month plan fee nets out against the per-shipment saving — something almost nobody checks before assuming "free" wins.
We wire up Shiprocket integration for Shopify, WooCommerce or a custom site for a fixed ₹2,299 — orders push automatically, AWB and tracking write back to the order, COD is handled correctly. That fee is separate from whichever Shiprocket plan you choose; it stays the same either way.
Zoho Books' Free plan caps out at 1,000 invoices a year
Zoho Books' Free plan is genuinely capable — GST reports and filing are included, not gated behind a paid tier. But Zoho's own pricing page states the Free plan allows up to 1,000 invoices annually — about 83 a month — with 1 user plus 1 accountant. A WooCommerce store doing more than roughly 80 paid orders a month on the Free plan will hit that ceiling and need the ₹749/month Standard plan (billed annually) to keep invoices generating without interruption.
We build WooCommerce to Zoho Books integration for a fixed ₹2,999 — orders become correctly taxed invoices automatically, with GST, discounts and shipping mapped right so your accountant isn't chasing mismatches at filing time.
Both numbers are sourced directly from Shiprocket's and Zoho's own pricing pages as of September 2026 — worth checking before you scale past either threshold.
