We Launched on Product Hunt and Got Zero Upvotes — Here's the Honest Truth

Three days ago, we soft-launched ZWISERFIT on Product Hunt.

9 AI agents running a real fitness studio. One founder. Fully open source under Apache 2.0.

The result: exactly zero upvotes. Zero. Nada.

I'm not sharing this to complain. I'm sharing it because zero upvotes is the most valuable data point we've collected since founding.

Here's what we learned:

1. PH is a community, not a billboard.

We launched at midnight PT with zero prep. No network. No hunter. No comments. The silence was deserved.

2. Zero distribution revealed our category problem.

"AI operates a gym" doesn't fit any existing PH category. Physical business AI is B2B2C infrastructure — not a developer tool, not a consumer app. The zero upvotes told us: the category doesn't exist yet, and we need to build awareness.

3. We kept building anyway.

In 3 days: 8 Dev.to articles published, full architecture documented, PH page optimized, Maker Comment rewritten as honest narrative. Same product. Better distribution.

4. The stack is real.

Momo → AI store brain (face check-in, training records, scheduling)
KinTwin → Edge CV for behavioral data verification
Zeus Protocol → Data infrastructure monetization layer

9 autonomous agents. 2 CPU cores. 3.6GB RAM. One physical store. Running daily since April 2026.

5. Zero upvotes isn't a verdict.

If you're building something that doesn't fit an existing category yet — take the silence as a signal, not a rejection. Keep building. Keep telling the truth.

We're here. The code is open. The store is running.
