Beware, not every ticket should be worked even if it comes from on high, your PO EM, whoever may have authority but that doesn't mean their tickets are automatically valid.
I pray that you have the ability to push back π«· when needed, because this skill isn't something GPT can help you with. It will save you hours of work sometimes to just read the ticket and think really hard, is this even possible, valid or worth our time.

What do you think leads to a good situation where "pushing back" is easiest? Like from an overall culture.
Well I'm so glad you asked, people won't push back if the don't feel safe for one, if culture is just a set of smaller principles then no judgement is also so key.
I need the space to speak up and be wrong or right and still walk away without fear.
For my team, a leading role model might be good but one who coaches others to take action is better.
