How I Produce 30 Pieces of Content Per Week as a Solo Creator (Using AI)

People always ask me how I manage to consistently publish across a blog, email list, and social channels while running a one-person business. The honest answer: I don't do most of the writing anymore.

Here's the exact system I use.

The Problem with Traditional Content Creation

Writing a single good blog post used to take me 4–6 hours. An email sequence? A full day. A landing page? Two days minimum if I wanted it to convert.

Multiply that across all the content a modern online business needs, and you're looking at 40+ hours per week just on content — before you do any actual business work.

AI tools changed that math completely.

My Current Stack

1. Everneed AI (Primary Content Engine)

This is the tool that handles the most volume. I use it for:

  • Email sequences (weekly newsletter + automation flows)
  • Ad copy for paid campaigns
  • Social media post variations
  • Product descriptions and landing page copy
  • Video scripts for YouTube and short-form content

The all-in-one approach means I'm not switching between five different tabs. Everything lives in one place.

2. Frase (SEO Blog Content)

For any content that needs to rank on Google, I use Frase. It analyzes the top-ranking pages for my target keyword and tells me exactly what to include. My blog traffic has grown significantly since I started using it.

3. Synthesys AI (Voiceovers)

For video content, Synthesys handles narration. I write the script (often using Everneed), paste it into Synthesys, and have a professional voiceover in minutes.

The Actual Workflow

Here's what a typical week looks like:

Monday: Use Everneed to generate drafts for 2 email newsletters and 10 social posts. Review and edit (takes about 90 minutes total).

Tuesday: Use Frase to research and outline one SEO blog post. Write it using Frase's AI assist. Publish.

Wednesday: Write scripts for 2 short-form videos using Everneed. Generate voiceovers with Synthesys. Edit and schedule.

Thursday: Repeat email and social content generation for next week's queue.

Friday: Review performance, plan next week's topics.

Total active time: about 8–10 hours per week for 30+ pieces of content.

The Key Insight

AI tools don't replace your judgment — they replace the blank page. You still need to know what to say, who you're talking to, and what makes your content valuable. AI handles the drafting, research, and production. You handle the thinking.
