I often found myself switching between different websites for simple tasks—compressing an image, converting a PDF, generating a QR code, formatting JSON, creating an invoice, or previewing a 3D model.
Each tool solved only one problem, but using many different websites made the workflow slow and inconvenient.
That small frustration led me to build Toolkit360.
What is Toolkit360?
Toolkit360 is a browser-based collection of simple productivity tools for developers, designers, students, freelancers, creators, and small businesses.
The goal is straightforward:
Make common digital tasks faster by bringing useful tools together in one clean and easy-to-use platform.
You can explore Toolkit360 here:
Tools currently available
Toolkit360 includes tools for several everyday workflows.
Image tools
The image section includes utilities such as:
- Image compression
- Background removal
- Image conversion
- Image resizing
- Image format optimization
Image files are often too large for websites, applications, emails, or social media. A simple compression tool can reduce file size while keeping the image usable.
PDF tools
PDF files are part of almost every digital workflow. Toolkit360 includes tools for common PDF-related tasks, such as:
- PDF conversion
- PDF organization
- Combining documents
- Preparing files for sharing
The objective is to make these tasks accessible without requiring complicated desktop software.
Developer utilities
Developers frequently need small utilities during their daily work. Toolkit360 includes tools such as:
- JSON formatter
- JSON validator
- Word counter
- Text utilities
- File conversion tools
These may look like small features, but they can save time when used repeatedly during development and documentation work.
QR code generator
QR codes are useful for websites, contact information, documents, menus, events, and digital products.
Toolkit360 provides a simple way to create QR codes without requiring a separate application.
Resume and invoice tools
Creating a professional resume or invoice can be difficult when starting from a blank document.
Toolkit360 aims to simplify this process by providing structured tools that help users create useful documents more quickly.
GLB and 3D model tools
One of the features I personally wanted was a better way to work with GLB and 3D files.
3D models can become large and difficult to share or preview. Toolkit360 includes tools related to:
- GLB compression
- 3D model preview
- File inspection
- Easier model sharing
This can be useful for developers, designers, game developers, 3D artists, and people working with Three.js or WebGL projects.
Why I built it
I did not want to create another complicated software platform.
I wanted Toolkit360 to be:
- Easy to understand
- Quick to use
- Useful for small everyday tasks
- Accessible from the browser
- Helpful for both technical and non-technical users
Many people do not need a large application for a simple task. They just need a reliable tool that works when they need it.
That became the main idea behind Toolkit360.
What I learned while building it
1. Small tools can solve real problems
A tool does not have to be complex to be useful.
A JSON formatter, image compressor, or QR code generator may be a small feature, but users can need it every day. The value comes from solving a real problem quickly.
2. User experience matters as much as functionality
A tool may work correctly, but users will leave if the interface is confusing.
While building Toolkit360, I focused on:
- Clear labels
- Simple navigation
- Easy file selection
- Understandable results
- Download actions that are easy to find
- Responsive design for different screen sizes
The user should not need instructions for every basic action.
3. Performance is important for web tools
People usually open utility websites because they want a quick result.
Large scripts, unnecessary animations, slow page loading, and complicated navigation can make a simple tool frustrating to use.
I am continuing to work on:
- Faster loading
- Better mobile performance
- Smaller assets
- Improved accessibility
- Better error messages
- More reliable file processing
4. A collection of tools needs structure
When multiple tools are placed on one website, discovery becomes important.
Users should be able to find the right tool through:
- Categories
- Search
- Related tools
- Clear descriptions
- Useful recommendations
A large number of tools is not enough. They must be organized properly.
What I want to improve next
Toolkit360 is still evolving. Some areas I want to improve include:
- Better tool search
- More advanced file conversion
- Improved GLB optimization
- Better PDF workflows
- More AI-assisted features
- User accounts and saved workspaces
- Batch processing
- More developer-focused utilities
- Better mobile experience
- More detailed results and file statistics
I also want to understand which tools users find most useful and which workflows are still missing.
I would appreciate your feedback
If you use online tools for development, design, documents, images, or 3D files, I would love to hear your feedback.
A few questions I am exploring:
- Which small online tool do you use most often?
- What makes you trust an online utility website?
- Which file formats should Toolkit360 support next?
- Would batch processing be useful for your workflow?
- What would make a GLB compression tool more useful?
- Which feature should I prioritize next?
You can try Toolkit360 here:
This is an early version, and feedback from developers and creators will help shape the next improvements.
Final thoughts
Toolkit360 started with a simple problem: switching between too many websites for everyday tasks.
It is now becoming a broader productivity platform for files, images, documents, developer utilities, and 3D assets.
The long-term goal is to make Toolkit360 a practical, reliable, and easy-to-use toolbox for everyday digital work.
If you try it, I would genuinely appreciate your feedback.
