🧑💻 My Primary Setup
I'll go first.
I'm currently managing my projects primarily with:
💻 HP 240 G9
CPU: Intel Core i3-1215U(I've tweaked it using intel extreme utility for better performance)
CPU architecture: 12th Gen Intel hybrid architecture
RAM: 16 GB DDR4
Storage: 512 GB NVMe SSD
OS: Windows 11 + KALI OS dual boot
Form factor: 14-inch business-oriented laptop
Nothing crazy.
No Core i9.
No RTX GPU.
No 64 GB RAM.
No MacBook Pro.
Just a relatively humble business laptop.
And somehow…
this is the machine I've been using to build and manage my software projects. 😭
📱 My Phones
I actually have two phones in my setup:
📱 Realme C21
This is the phone I primarily use.
It's definitely not a flagship.
But it handles the basic stuff I need for managing projects, communication, checking deployments, monitoring things and generally staying connected.
📱 Samsung Galaxy A31
My second phone.
Older hardware, but still useful as a secondary device.
🏢 What Do I Actually Manage With These?
A surprisingly large amount.

The interesting part isn't really the website.
It's what sits behind it.
I've been using this relatively modest hardware to:
- build software
- test applications
- manage GitHub repositories
- work on security-focused projects
- maintain websites
- publish releases
- research technologies
- manage project documentation
- communicate with users
- experiment with new ideas
- and basically run my entire little software ecosystem
All from a setup that would probably look pretty ordinary sitting next to a modern developer workstation.
💸 And Here's the Funny Part
When this HP 240 G9 launched, my configuration was around the ₹55,000 range.
Today, because laptop memory/storage pricing has changed significantly, finding an equivalent configuration can actually cost substantially more depending on the exact configuration and seller.
Which creates a weird situation:
Technology gets older… but sometimes the price doesn't behave like it should. 😂
And honestly, that's one reason I like discussing hardware.
Specs tell a story.
🧠 I LOVE SPECS
I'm genuinely the kind of person who can spend way too much time looking at:
CPU architecture → cores → threads → cache → RAM type → memory bandwidth → SSD interface → PCIe generation → thermals → sustained clocks → battery → display → ports
…and then somehow end up comparing two laptops that I wasn't even planning to buy.

If I had to rate my own setup:
HP 240 G9 + Realme C21 + Galaxy A31
I'd give it: 8/10 for my actual use case.
Not because it's the most powerful setup.
It absolutely isn't.
But because it gets the job done.
And there's something I really like about that.
The machine doesn't have to look impressive.
The work does.

Machine 1: 9.9/10 (-0.1 because you're using 5200 and 5600Mhz ram means the 5600Mhz will automatically set to 5200Mhz limit by the way not a issue but I am just finding excuses to cut marks LOL)
Machine 2: 9.5/10 (-0.5 because you are using single 32gb, you should 2*16 it doubles memory bandwidth) still this one is also a excuse LOL 😂
Machine 3: 7/10 (now you might think why 7? where 3 marks gone, bro in front of your machine 1 and machine 2 macbook M5 one of greatest laptop is looking just a regular laptop 🫡😈)
