Iam a frontend developer without a js framework, so
i need to go with react becase it is popular, and also i want to go with vue cause vue is amazing with backend laravel

I think u should start with the one you want more. You got all time to learn the other later and react & vue are both enough popular to have a great community, a lot of doc, tutorial or answers on forum
I know React cause it's the one we use at work... but checking the "getting started" from Vue.js it's ... basically the same. I mean in the core. They are pretty much solving the same issue.
I have no doubt that if tomorrow we change from React to Vue , the team will adapt in no time.
Having said this, I feel that Vue is more... it's closer to pure HTMLing
hey man! you are a frontend developer, the frameworks you mention are only javascript with some functionality already written.
It won't take you long to learn both, but I recommend starting with react, so vue.js will be free to you
Learn both problem solved nobody says that you need to stick with one JavaScript framework.
