What smaller (< 1000 attendees) tech conferences are your favorites?

One I really like personally was DevFest Capital Region in Albany. There were talks on some of everything, like qualitative UX research, the brain science of learning, and a roundtable on mindfulness in tech. Small conference, with big ideas!

Smalltalks in Argentina (fast.org.ar/events/conferences). It is not just a conference about Smalltalk, there are a lot of interesting topics: VMs, web applications, history, education/research, metaprogramming and more. I strongly recommend it!
