Slack is down right now. I'm curious how folks deal with that situation.

Does your org have a backup plan when your main communication systems go down?

We have a company whatsapp group.
Not an official bakcup plan though as we post random things in there too.
We fell back to email for coordination, with Zoom standups for this slack outage. Slack going down is a bummer, but for us, Trello going down is a more significant speedbump.
So this teaches us, no matter how big the company is or how strong the engineering team, even Google faces it. Everyone has to deal with down times.
By the way We switch to Mail Groups.
