Maybe I'm too old, but I never understood why it's so funny. It's pretty obvious to me that you can't turn and old PC on without a keyboard. You couldn't access the PC with a mouse only, and you can't connect the keyboard after the PC was turned on. So it's pretty clear

The second line is the suggestion of how to fix the problem, which is impossible since your keyboard is not connected

Squall.

a sudden violent gust of wind or a localized storm, especially one bringing rain, snow, or sleet.

(of a baby or small child) cry noisily and continuously.

Somehow seems applicable.

A technical fight breaking out between people over how to pronounce an acronym.

Just in case someone wants a serious answer to the question:

w3techs.com/technologies/overview/...

According to that page, PHP holds 77% marketshare of dynamic scripting languages for web servers. ASP.NET is about 7% (mostly government websites). Ruby 5%. Java 4%. Everything else totals the remaining ~6% marketshare.

Some major enterprises internally require all development to be done in PHP to avoid language sprawl among the development team.

Besides the web, PHP runs on the command line. Great for cron jobs (or even xcron jobs) and localhost TCP/IP servers.

The cartoons for today on comiCSS:

How many CSS developers does it take to change a lightbulb? None. It is a JavaScript issue.

How many CSS developers does it take to change a lightbulb? None. They are OK working in dark mode.

How many JS developers does it take to change a lightbulb? One. But they'll need 5GB in node_modules, TailwindCSS, their own implementation of the lefty-loosey.js library (dependent on righty-tighty.js), and the latest MacBook Pro to handle everything. The resulting JS file will be 8MB and only change the light bulb if the room has Chrome in it.

And the source code.
