Hi, all! We’re very close to reach 60 stars on GitHub. The more we have, the most feedbacks we’ll get back and the larger community we will reach, making the project better for everyone (it’s free after all). Would you be a part of this achievement?

We're now at 200+ and counting. But better than any number, we're gathering a community of talented people that are shaping WebCrumbs as they'd like to their daily tasks. ❤️ This is a really exciting journey. Can't believe it all started not long ago.

Hello there! WordPress-like features in React. Wouldn’t it be nice if devs could share functional plugins that could be immediately adopted by websites at the click of a button? That is the vision. 🌟

You've got it—WordPress is like the swiss army knife of website building. Started in 2003, it's super user-friendly and you don't need to be a tech wizard to use it. Plus, there's a plugin for almost anything you can think of. And it sustain it's own plugin economy. (But, it is based on PHP...)

As for React, you're spot on. Imagine mixing the easy-to-use nature of WordPress with the flexibility of React. Add some AI magic to the mix, and who knows what cool new plugins we could see?

Exciting times!

WordPress is famous for its various themes and plugins, and the SEO is also important.
I don't think a React version can easily achieve its features, even with the server components

And Shopify is doing the same thing, they are implementing React templates

But the ambition admirable and impressed 🫡

Great feedback! They surely are important points.

I do believe the community can pull it off 💪. Perhaps nextjs for SEO, microfrontend for plugins and shared components... for each challenge we’ll find a solution.

If we all think together, I'm sure we can achieve it!

The rest is us defining a common structure so that all devs can have same grounds to build React plugins.

Let's first make to small to do to initiate the project. A to-do of all features WordPress has. I will help in the frontend design of it.

This is really nice. 💪 Frontend makes all the difference. I'll share a public notion discussion on the Github readme so we can work from there.

Hi, there. Anytime soon, I think. There are ongoing discussions about architecture at the repo and I see there are other repos as well under the org GitHub. It's seems it will go as a microfrontend store for React plugins. Looks promising
