Can I publish a post here that I have published in other platform i.e. Medium?

I am new here and want to share interesting things I know and help others, I have some posts on Medium and I don't know if it is allowed to publish same content here, thanks!

Yes, I believe cross-posting from Medium is allowed and supported. There seems to be a whole discussion about this here. :)
