1. 파이프라인 호환성 보완 — package.json에 정적 배포용 build 스크립트 명시 (d7a6a99)
2. 콘텐츠 및 정책 자원 확인 — 테크팁 및 자동화 카테고리 HTML 자원, pub-9992037844935954 ads.txt, robots.txt, sitemap.xml 모두 완비됨
