1. 파이프라인 호환성 보완 — package.json에 정적 배포용 build 스크립트 명시 (53d0589)
2. 정책 및 다국어 자원 확인 — /en/index.html 영문 랜딩 및 pub-9992037844935954 ads.txt, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, privacy.html 자원 완비
