I start by listening, always.
I've helped rewrite our job adverts to change our recruitment pipeline. I've spoken up on behalf of women who weren't in the room. I've removed and countered information from devs who don't support women, and there's been a lot revealing themselves this year.
I have volunteered to mentor, all genders.
