The M in MVP stands for Minimal. Lots of teams forget.

MVP is not Version 1.0; it’s not the kitchen sink. It’s the smallest thing you can build to answer your next question. Once your questions are answered: “can we, should we, build it, does this solve the right problem?” then build your feature 1.0

Take away everything you don’t need. Sometimes MVP is a paper prototype, sometimes a sign-up form. Lots of edge cases won’t work. It might not look pretty, but it will give you great feedback.

Viable doesn’t mean battle-ready; it just means possible.
