Productivity Tool - Alfred/Cerebro alternative on windows?

There are many threads regarding productivity tools, which are awesome.

Alfred is an awesome productivity tool for Mac, Cerebro is an alternative for windows.

Do you know any alternatives for windows?

What I would expect at least from such a tool:

• find files
• web search
• powershell / shell commands

I am using Wox. Together with some plugins and Everything, it is working pretty well for me :)
