What are your thoughts on US so far? good/bad?
Really enjoying my time here so far, I have found people to be very welcoming in general. There are a lot of really great opportunities in the US, especially for those of us in Tech.
Have you visited elsewhere in the country?
Yes I've done quite a bit of traveling in the past year. I completed a masters at Notre Dame in South Bend, IN before moving out west. I managed to visit 15 states in a year on a student budget which is pretty decent, only 35 to go!
