I do and itβs not much different than feeling appreciated in any other setting: my colleagues and managers actively seek my input and listen to my point of view.
On my end I can concentrate on doing my job the best I can as I can trust the others to do the same.
Mutual respect and understanding that we all have life outside of job and that is far more important than any project going on is a great addition to all of that.
By all means itβs not all rainbows and unicorns, but I am very happy at my current position.
Feeling supported by colleagues and management created a sense of belonging and appreciation.
