Wins:

  • feeling encouraged about job prospects (the applications have yet to go out though ;) )
  • Learning more about Scratch that my boys are learning.
    • Gotten a decent (large) pixel rendering engine operating at an acceptable frame rate given the inbuilt limitations of the Scratch engine.
