Fresh ginger tea
De-skin a root and shrapnel it. Put in a pot of hot water (not boiling anymore) and let it sit for about 20 minutes to an hour. Press out a lemon into the pot and reheat if necessary. Then serve. Best thing to warm you up. Also mixes well with Ovomaltine if you get sleepy.

Same with peppermint tea, it's wonderful in just about every form. As a digestive, as a "hello" wake-up call, and as a nightcap of sorts.

Ginger has the upper hand of covering inflammation though. Oh, and being dangerously delicious :)

coffee will solve all problems. tea keeps me going until i can coffee tommorow.
Tea can be normal or home made chai with select spices like cinnamon and aniseed.
When i have a flu then i pull out all the guns. liquorice can help. rosemary tea is the best as well. I mix all that stuff together and then .....

I used to put that together with chocolate. Or a chocolate biscuit.

I'm a lazy lover of all things popped and by that I mean give me popcorn or sorghum or give me...something else. Nah, but seriously a warm bowl of this stuff is da best. I just use coconut oil and smile like the sun afterwards.

I would say pizza, nachos, and hot chips are great for munching.

Four shots of expresso plain. That is the best!

Most time, it's coffee. But when I need to get a lot done quickly, it's two bottles of beer or a couple of vodka shots.
